I had the misfortune of spilling my whole latte all over my MacBook recently, and Apple support told me to just keep using it until I had problems. I called around a couple of other places, but they had long queues/didn't have confidence in taking apart my computer. I was lucky enough to call this place and they were able to take my laptop and scrub it down within a day. Super grateful - my laptop is working perfectly fine and they were so nice and timely. Will be coming back if I have any other issues!

They repaired a screen for me a couple weeks ago. I have called numerous times and spoken to multiple people and they will not get back to me or answer my question. They did not reattach my screen correctly so it's super wobbly and unstable and feels like it is going to fall off at any given moment. I live super far away so I was trying to call to see if they can fix it so I don't have to drive all the way there before I have an answer of if they will fix the issue or not. Kind of disappointing to spend so much money only to not have my screen fixed correctly and then not have anyone get back to me on fixing it.

Dell XPS 13 9315 died still in Warranty $50 to have Tech Smart write up return ticket with Service Tag, Error Code, Validation Code. Will use service again.

My desktop computer was starting to die. They did a great job troubleshooting the problems and repairing them! They installed a larger faster hard drive, but best of all, everything turned on and ran just like before. I didn't have to start over reinstalling anything. Highly recommend them!!
