Great service! We have used them 3 or 4 times and have always been happy. Our carrier told us the phone could not be flashed, Elite did it in 10 minutes.

Owner was super helpful. Staying open a little later so that way I could buy a phone and gave me a better deal than Amazon, Best Buy, and walmart. The phone came with a six month warranty. I would totally recommend for any one looking for a refurbished phone. 10/10

Vary dissatisfied. I dropped off an IPhone 11 to get an estimate for screen repair then when I went back for it it was scrapped and parts sold from it I was told. I admit it was there for 6 months or so but really how much space does 1 little phone take up? And when I asked if I could get any compinsation sold IPhone 11 I was told I could get $15 off if I wanted to make a purchase

I wanted a lower generation iPhone to replace my failing 6s. The owner generously gave of his time from the first call to discuss options, to the second call to clarify and order, to the first visit for information transfer to the new phone and finally to another visit back to help me with some things I was experiencing with the refurbished 8s. He was always very patient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Elite Wireless to anyone looking for a refurbished cell phone.

This place is awesome and the owner is a GREAT guy! Took my phone in for a screen repair and the pricing was super fair! Parts arrived on time. Communication was impeccable. Repairs were completed same day and as discussed. This seems to be an honest shop ran by an honest guy. The store was incredibly clean and professional looking too. I particularly loved that a TV was playing a children's movie. Great place. We'll be back!
