Ed was a great help! I am a network administrator working out of state and needed some help with infrastructure in our Idaho warehouse. Ed is a super knowledgeable and professional worker who not only acted as my hands, but helped me configure the network as well! Highly recommend using XXL Services and Ed if he is available. We called Edin when we had a sudden issue with our laptop that we could not resolve. Edin arrived at our home within 45 minutes. He was polite, very knowledgeable, and determined the issue with our laptop rather quickly. We were so pleased with his response, courtesy, and knowledge. Eddie from XXL IT is a neighbor and came by my house to look at some home networking issues we were having. With four members of the household working from home, it is important to me to have a reliable network. And Eddie (Edin) delivered big-time. He had a simple approach to deciphering the problem, and in a few minutes made some minor reconfigurations of our network to solve it. I immediately went to turn on a device that had given us issues reconnecting to our mesh network, and boom, it connected right up.
