They made it worse and told me there was no warranty. I brought in my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 when the interior screen protector started to peel up. This is a common occurrence, so it is covered under the warranty. Unfortunately, my warranty had expired, but since I take such good care of my phone it hadn't had any prior issues. After I paid $19 for the repair there were a few small bubbles. I was told they had some trouble getting the screen protector on, but it should be fine. Later that day I noticed the bubbles spread and pealed up along the fold again. I was busy, and it was almost the end of the day, but I wanted to call immediately. On the phone, they told me there was no warranty, but if I brought it back into the store they could look at it. Before the day was over the screen protector was peeling up worse than when I brought it in. A couple of days later I returned to the store. The woman behind the counter said she remembered working on my phone and that it didn't open completely flat, making it hard to install the screen protector. Since there was no warranty she was willing to install a new one if I paid her another $20. I told her I understood there was no warranty, but I would expect it to be at least last a single day. She said if I had come back the same day then maybe she might have been able to do something for me. I told her I called that day and no one mentioned my needing to come back in before closing time. I've worked with tech all my life, including several years in service and helpdesk, so I know stuff happens. I would expect a respectable company to make some effort to stand behind their work. I've always installed screen protectors and repaired phones for myself, friends, and family, but I thought for a $2000 phone I should trust it to a professional. Apparently, UBreakIFix is not a source of professional service. If they didn't think they could install the screen protector correctly they should have told me before making it worse. And then to say "Sorry, no warranty, but we will charge you $20 to mess it up again" is completely unacceptable. Luckily $20, and replacing the screen protector myself, is a relatively cheap price to learn the lesson to avoid UBreakIFix. Now I know to avoid them and go somewhere that offers professional repairs and services.

Nice to have a local place to fix our daughter's phone. Quick & courteous . . . Wrote that review before we had the phone back. Turned out not to be quick. They said there was a system down that effected their ability to run a diagnostic. Instead of telling us how long it would be so I could run my husband home to make it to work on time, they just kept saying a few more minutes. An hour and a half later we got our phone back. Simple and realistic communication would have been appreciated.

No complaints here. I did take my computer to get it fixed because my hinge was busted. I had some stickers on the front of my laptop. I wish I would’ve kept them if I knew that I was gonna get my old cover back I would’ve took off the stickers prior to taking it to get fixed, but Other than that did a good job thank you

Went there to get the back glass on my iPhone 14 Pro Max replaced after it was accidentally run over by a side by side. Customer service there was very nice, until I had a problem with the repair. I had the phone for over 2 years and always have a case on it. I had no issues previously and have dropped my phone a few times with no issues. I got the back glass replaced on 11/2/2024, and have had a case on my phone since. I noticed a couple weeks ago that the back glass was cracked. So I called since it was just about 2 months that the glass was replaced and was told that it does t have a warranty since it has cosmetic damage. I’ve dropped my phone a few times, but nothing worse than I had previously and always have a case on my phone. Very disappointed that I spent $115 (would have been $230 if I didn’t sign up for their asurion plus protection) for replacement and now I’m back at square one with no warranty. I’m an honest person and this situation makes me angry. If the glass was good quality to begin with I wouldn’t be in the predicament. I should be able to drop my phone with a case on it and not worry about the back glass cracking because it’s junk. I guess next time I will go through Apple directly.
