Staples

We had to get a few pages laminated and after going to a UPS store that said they had laminating services, only to be told they couldn’t help us because boxes were in the way of their laminating machines, we came to Staples. Kohl was working the print services and was awesome! We came in frustrated and left feeling grateful! Great customer service can be hard to find - but we found it at Staples today!

If you need it, Staples has it! If you can't find it, a courteous clerk will lead you to it. If you're in a hurry any number of associates will handle your business as if it were their own.

I placed an order for holiday cards on the Staples website because of their explicit next-day pickup offer. However, the order wasn’t ready on time, and when I visited the store (which was empty), the workers were dismissive and unhelpful. I was told to contact online support, where I was accused of making up the website’s next-day pickup offer. Although I was promised a refund, the service never took place, and I wasted time driving to the store and dealing with this situation. Extremely disappointing experience, reppoting it as scam to my credit card company

Staples is a very profess and friendly store. The employees are always ready to help customers. They offer help when customers enter their doors. Their prices are much less than other office stores. The employees are very knowledgeable about technology. They can explain and also demonstrate products in the store. I am very pleased with STAPLES.
