Great service on a Sunday afternoon. Fast efficient service and at a reasonable price. We had initially gone to Best Buy and they advised us that our laptop was old and the hard drive was of older technology and needed replacing. Then they told us it wouldn’t accept the new hard drive. They sold us a new laptop too replace the older one, which we actually didn’t need.. we will be returning the new laptop to Best Buy. PC loco repaired our old laptop and it’s operating faster than before.
