Mad Hatter Techs

I can't thank Jacob and Mad Hatter enough for their help today! I was in a complete panic when, on a Sunday afternoon, my work PC wouldn’t start, and I had an urgent project to finish before the morning. I was getting the black screen of death and after hours of searching YouTube and troubleshooting online, I had made no progress. I reached out to several computer repair places and loved that Mad Hatter mentioned on their voicemail that I could also text. I sent a quick text, and they promptly responded. Jacob asked a simple question, provided me with a few clear instructions, and my issue was completely resolved. He went above and beyond helping me in a pinch on Sunday afternoon and his kindness and efficiency in such a stressful moment literally brought me to tears. I will absolutely be using Mad Hatter for all my business IT needs in the future and will recommend them to anyone who needs help! Truly outstanding service!

Jeremy was an absolute legend; he was super kind and worked fast to get our computer back up and running. It turned out to be something simple that we hadn't been able to figure out and he didn't even charge us for it. Jeremy came out to my office to try and help diagnose a computer issue I was having with sound and software. I have a computer I bought from someone that built it himself and didn't do the best job. Jeremy was informative and provided excellent customer service. He wasn't able to fix the problem at my office and gave me great recommendations on what to do moving forward. Lastly, he didn't charge me for the visit as he wasn't able to correct my problem at my office. Really appreciated that. If you have computer issue's, I recommend these guys.
