Excellent. Their staff is very personable, respectful, and Competent! I have personally worked with Wiley and if it wasn't for him I could have never converted my computers over to win 10 and been able to use them. Win 7 to me was the best of these 'versions'. They're hourly rates are very good too. I would highly recommend using them for general purposes and to get you out of a computer jam. Don't call the Apps for help, they're worthless, call Integrity Computer instead! To me MS has totally gone over the cliff with their convoluted software, non-sensical, and privacy invasions on home computers.

If cyber security is important to you I would pass on these guys. Owner is questionable. She has had multiple DUI’s and is definitely a security risk. More problems after dealing with them than before.

Excellent service and knowledge. I AM NOT computer savvy and I did not lose points for that! Jay resolved several computer issues for me; both he and Lindsey were wonderful in explaining everything that I could understand in non-tech language. Great customer service, efficiency and turnaround time. I have used the services of another local competitor in the past; however, Integrity Computer Consulting & Repair is now my "go to" company for all of my computer questions, repairs and troubleshooting. They do not try to push anything on the customer that he/she does not ask for or need. The rates are exceptionally competitive and they do offer a senior citizen discount.
