I would definitely give this CPR store 10 stars if I could!!!!! JASON you are the best we’ve encountered in customer service in a long time!!!! WE were treated with incredible respect and got both our IPhones fixed in record time! AND at such a great charge. We walked in thinking oh my goodness this is going to cost us!! And because of the honesty of JASON ~ 😮‍💨 it did not. He wasn’t pushy or anything. He was absolutely hilarious 😆 We went out laughing. He’s a one of a kind. Stop reading this and go see him if you need work on anything pertaining to your cell etc why go to a big cell store?? ! And I noticed a REALLY BIG selection of NICE cases for cell phones AND SCREEN PROTECTORS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP TODAY. CAN I SAY YOUR NAME AGAIN? Jason. 😂

I can't say enough good things about my experience with CPR, thanks to T-Mobile for the referral! I broke my screen and was relieved to find next-day appointment slots available. The two repair guys who helped me were absolutely fantastic—kind, professional, and genuinely personable. They took the time to explain the repair process, set clear expectations, and delivered exceptional customer service from start to finish. My phone looks and feels as good as new! If you're in need of a repair, I highly recommend this team. Five stars all the way!

Great customer service and very affordable! One of my camera lenses on my phone has been cracked for months - which made it impossible to take a decent photo. The warranty on my phone expired, but the phone had no other problems. I found CPR online and made a next day appointment. The staff member was very friendly. He was able to replace the camera lense and it only took 30 minutes. I left my phone there for the repair and came back a short time later to pick it up. This was SO much better than waiting at my cell phone carrier's store for hours, OR going to the mall to visit the Apple Store and again wait....OR have to ship it off to get fixed and be without my phone for days. I have never had my phone just repaired; I've always gone through the time consuming process of having it replaced and this was so much easier!!!! Very cost effective, fast and easy! I will definitely be referring everyone to CPR Cell Phone Repair in Meridian.

All the recommendations for CPR were on the mark. I took my iPhone in with difficulty charging. They cleaned it in less than 5 minutes. Fee came with a great warranty too. I highly recommend them for all your cell phone repairs. Very friendly guys too !!!

Very helpful, gave me cost estimates up front and prices were very fair. They fixed the issue with my one phone very quickly. Unfortunately the other one could not be fixed but they explained all the steps they had done to try to get it working and were very honest with me. I will definitely come here again.
