Very knowledgeable and friendly team. Jacob provided me with two options to address my computer issues. He let me know that my machine was limited in its performance but that it was repairable if that was what I wanted. He also told me about the custom computers that they had available for sale. He was never pushy and supported my choice to repair for the time being. This will be my new choice for all of my computer repairs.
