uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

Dropped my phone flat on the parking lot. I went in and they said that with today's available staff and other people's orders, it'd be about a three hour wait and they would contact me once my phone was ready to be picked up. I left my phone there and picked it up later in the evening. Overall very good experience. It was extremely easy just to go in real quick, drop my phone off, then pick it back up when it was ready. The staff were kind and friendly. The place is very mindful, very demure.

I needed a warranty screen protector replacement on my Motorola phone and was scheduled to take it to Ubreakifix for service the SAME day I called Motorola. They were friendly and their service was timely and expertly done. They didn't have the right jig yet for placement to replace the built in screen protector on my 2024 Motorola Razr plus (as I understand it, they just barely started doing them), but did an excellent job anyway. I can't even tell it's not a phone fresh out of the box from the factory! And, as I'm sure this will be an ongoing issue with this phone, they informed me of the cost of this same service in the future since Motorola only covers it one time and it is a very reasonable price! I will definitely use them when I need service in the future! Thanks guys for your excellent customer service and expert repair service!

Well I am very satisfied and thoroughly happy with the service and quality of work I got at Ubreakifix. I really did a number on my phone screen when I flung it out 🥹! I could only see a tiny corner of the screen where the battery level shows, and the body was also bent badly. The first time I went there, Dave was great, explained how everything worked, different options for the screen, helped me get the best deal for the parts. He had to order the parts for my IPhone 15 pro, which were 3 days early from the estimated time he gave. When I got back to drop the phone they gave me an ETA that was kept, the work looked fantastic and now my phone is just like new. They also easily could have oversold me on some extra parts « needing » replaced but didn’t. I can’t say enough about Dave’s and his colleagues professional and friendly attitude. It’s very refreshing to deal with such great customer service oriented people. I’ll be back (hopefully not too soon) next time I need anything fixed.

They are completely pleasant and willing to work with you. A might costly, but I understand that electronic work isn't easy. My initial fix did not hold, but thanks to their year insurance policy on their fixes I took it back and they reinforced the repair. It works perfectly now. I certainly would recommend them if you have an electronic that requires repair.

It’s the only store that was willing to look at the laser disc player that we have cause it’s an out of date item. They fix the problem easily n did not charge us anything since there’s another problem with it which was not due to their fault at all. Thank you so much for the wonderful service.
