The staff that work there are great. They know their stuff about computers and will definitely help you troubleshoot issues you might be having. Overall, i really like what they are doing to recycle and support the community. The products they have are affordable too!

Very friendly staff. Always caring about putting you first in your experience. Daniel is an amazing guy who runs this business. If you are looking for a monitor or docking station, do not waste your time on Amazon or online. Come here and get the correct one. If you have any problems with something sold to you, they will fix it for you promptly! Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying Cinda (hopefully that's how you spell it) was incredibly friendly and helpful. However anyone else I've had any interaction with has been insufferable. They're annoyed with you the second you walk through the door, and act like they can't wait to get you out. More frustrating is the fact you can't actually look at anything, they have to hand it to you and it isn't just in a display case, it's in a locked cabinet. The reason it's so frustrating is you have no idea what they actually have, but then they act super annoyed at the fact you have to ask a ton of questions to try and find something similar to what you're after. Sold me a graphics card that didn't end up working for what I needed which no big deal. But when I had my wife return it this is how her interaction went with the worker "Hi what can we help you with" wife: "I just need to do a return" worker: "what is it?" Wife "I'm not sure my husband just asked me to return it" and shows him the card. This dude literally scoffs at my wife and goes "it's a graphics card" in the most know it all tone. TL;DR Cinda is awesome everyone else I've talked to there has been incredibly frustrating to deal with.

This is a really good place to get computer repairs. It may seem awkward at first but the more you go in you will get more used to it as well as more comfortable.
