Fantastic service! My phone was fixed in no time, and Bobby went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. The pricing was fair, and they even gave me tips to prevent future damage. I’ll definitely come back if I need another repair and highly recommend them to anyone!

Battery in my 2016 iPhone SE wouldn't hold a charge, then started swelling. I made an appointment and took it in today and they did a great job! So happy they had a battery for my phone despite it being this old.

This is the kind of place that you hope you never have to visit, but if you have to, you really want a 5 star experience and that's exactly what I got today. Last night my 4 year old Galaxy phone stopped connecting to cell networks so I couldn't make calls unless I had WiFi available. I brought the phone in and asked if they could do anything. The tech said phones in my state often can't be repaired. He told me he could try, and if he wasn't able to fix it, they'd charge $40 for the troubleshooting attempts, and they would let me fully apply that amount to the purchase of a phone they were selling if I should decide to purchase a replacement phone. That seemed like a fair offer, so I decided to take a chance hoping it would get fixed. Two hours later they told me the phone was fixed. Somehow replacing the charging port was what fixed it (I'm impressed they figured that out and got it working again), and it was only about $70 because they were able to re-use parts from a "donor" phone. Great experience with CPR. We'll definitely go straight here again if we ever have any other phone issues of any kind.

My phone went dead (from a hard drop) on a Sunday. I scheduled (on-line) an appointment for Monday morning. I loved that they take appointments so you don't have to wait!!! They were able to fix it promptly and were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.

My 13 Pro Max phone’s camera lens broke after I dropped it last year. I started noticing the quality of my photos was getting worse so I decided to check price of fixing it. I refused to provide my access code since I had to leave my phone for an hour, and he had me sign a form saying I understood they wouldn’t be able to activate the camera after shutting my iPhone down, to verify the lens was working properly and I would pay another $30-40 if they had to work on it again after they replaced the lens. The other reviews I saw looked good but I have my business accounts on my phone and couldn’t allow anyone access unless I could be there. I appreciate the work he did and I probably could have stayed and logged in myself to let him verify the issues were resolved, but I didn’t think to ask.
