765-Tech

I had an awesome experience with 765-Tech! Staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. I had an old laptop that was beyond fixing, however they were able to do a data transfer. They were very transparent about price and turn around time and were even able to recycle the old laptop. I will definitely be back if I need another kind of tech repair. I highly recommend 765 Tech!

Office computer do what they do...stop working without notice. Called one co. never got back to me. A friend said he had heard good things about 765-Tech in Couer'dAlene. This happen before and I was told its time for new computer. This what I was expecting to hear from 765-Tech. The day I took in I was told they would get back to me with an idea of issue by end of day. I was told needed more time but pretty sure knew what was wrong. Next day called, ready for pick up. I was waiting for "yup need a new computer". Tyler said No, it was software issue, he took care of it, cleaned up. I was still expecting you need a new computer. Tyler said, No it's running fine for what i do. Just getting back into business my self and not having to buy a new computer was awesome! Thank You 765-Tech for your honesty!!! So refreshing to meet an honest company! The price to resolve was VERY fair too! 765-tech is our go to for computer issues!

I can’t say enough positive about this place. My son had worked hard all summer to pay for most of his new computer components and when he went to put it together things didn’t go well. We brought everything in and it turned out there was a problem with the new motherboard. We went and got another motherboard and CPU and then there was an issue with the fan. Once that was done there was some kind of issue with the GPU. All of this at no fault of theirs. Their communication was great and they not only stayed late one night but also worked on a day they were to be closed because they knew how important it was to my son. Thank you so much for your great service. I have one happy boy.
