I took my laptop in on a Tuesday morning and spoke with Jamie about upgrading it as well as replacing the fan that was making noise. Jamie discussed different options with me and what my needs were going to be for the computer and helped me decide what was the best replacement hard drive. That Thursday mid morning Jamie called and said the parts were in and it would be done in 24 hours. I dropped off the computer around 1 and I had it back in my hands before they closed at 5 pm. I couldn't be happier with the level of service, quality or the price. I'm not hoping for my computer to need any work done in the near future, but if it does, I will be taking it to PC Fast. Do yourself a favor and give PC Fast a chance to earn your business. You won't be disappointed.
