My brand new laptop crashed when I tried to install a bad driver. Haynes asked me to bring it in and was able to get it restored. He is personable and answered all my questions easily, even taking time to look up other products. The showroom is classy, clean, and friendly as well. My bill was less than expected....all in all a GREAT experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will take my business there again. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!!

Very timely and professional service. Craig did a wonderful job explaining the problem to me and I got my laptop back in better shape than when I bought it. I came to Castle Rock after a very disappointing experience (one of several) at the main computer retailer in Boise. I would come back to Castle Rock without a doubt. I noticed that it has been sold to One Network though....hope they keep the staff and continue with the same top grade service.

Haynes was fantastic! Where others said that the data couldn't be recovered, he and his team were able to off of our failing drive. He worked very efficiently and was quick to respond to. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you One Network Computers for recovering our family memories!

One of my primary development machines was running super slow. One Network recommended an SSD drive to speed up performance. They installed it in just a few hours and my computer is running like new again. The techs are very friendly and knowledgeable. I'll definitely return to One Network anytime I need computer upgrades and/or repairs.

Haynes came very highly recommended to me, however I did learn Haynes was not the one that worked on my computer. The problem that I initially had was corrected but there were programs added to my computer I did not ask for Adobe and Java, and I had a problem with my computer locking up on me after I got it back. Haynes was very nice when I told him about this issue and said we could do a remote session and get it corrected. After trying for two weeks to get this done, I am left feeling very frustrated because I cannot get a call back or an email scheduling the session. I would have given this business a 5 but with my messages being ignored and no reply from email either, the best I can do is a 3.
