We went in today and didn’t have an appointment. Cooper was super kind and she got us a slot in just about an hour. We had trouble with our Mac so we had to wait for the Mac daddy of Mac’s! His name was Mac haha! Awesome guy. Christoph assisted us with an update and within 35-40 min we walked out of there with our computer working and ready to be used again. . I have seen some reviews on here that are not too good. Well I wouldn’t listen to them too much. Everything was great today! Thank you Apple!!

Had a broken device I needed to return to my cell service provider and needed assistance from the Apple support team to reset my device. The first employee was very nice and tried to help, but did not solve my problem and I wsead forced to return to the Apple Store for help. After explaining my problem to the employee, the guy treated me like an idiot, repeating the process I had already gone through and not listening to me. He then told me I needed to wait a half hour to be helped. I said forget it and was unable to return my device.

Had an appointment today at the Boise Apple Store. No one was there to help us except to check us in. Finally, after waiting close to an hour, we had to leave. We called and speaking with a manager, she informed us that the system showed that somebody did met us, which was not true. We’re very disappointed in this Apple store management and the interaction they have with their customers. It looks like we’re going to have to drive to Salt Lake City to receive any kind of customer service. We have been long time, Apple product users. I sure hope the corporate office for Apple takes a look at management and the Low customer service scores. Disappointed

Went in for a simple battery change, and they broke my phone. They gave me a new phone because of apple policy, but that doesn't take anything away from how incompetent theae people are. I wasn't given a new screen protector to replace the one on my old phone. I didn't receive any help to recover anything potentially lost in the old phone. Avoid this place at all cost

Went in ready to switch from Samsung to iPhone and get the 16 pro max with cash. There's no register line. They told me to wait they'd send someone over. I wait about 15 minutes before deciding to leave. There's workers standing around doing nothing. If there is no register they should all be able to process a payment. I'll just stick with Samsung.
