Staples

Staples is an excellent place to get office supplies, posters, and copies. I have done business with them since they opened. I live about 45 minutes away and for me, it is well worth the trip.

I needed a day of print for 6 posters! It was faster than I estimated and the print center was so incredibly helpful. I had a hard time figuring out how to send them the files but they were able to work with me and get the full resolutions files beautifully sent and printed! I was pleasantly surprised how smoothly everything went! They were really amazing!

The ordering process was easy to use and prices were great! The order pickup process was fast and effective. The merchandise was as described and was easy to assemble once I arrived home. The only glitch was the website keep telling me that my card could not be verified, and I would need to update info. This was done, however, the site stated that this update would be verified within 10 minutes. It was never indicated verified by the website, however, I received message that the transaction had been completed using the original card. The whole order process was frustrating and confusing because of this problem.

Jesse (Ammon) provided exceptional service. He was informative and knowledgeable about the products. I appreciated his willingness to go out of his way to educate me on the different items and the pros and cons as well. Unfortunately, an attribute you don't find too often.

I would like to say the person ( I think manager maybe) running the print area is on point wither her customer service! She is always so helpful, goes above and beyond to make sure customers have what they need, super polite just all around a great team member. I sure hope you are treating her good because some local company might just come by and try and steal her from you if they wanted a person who is amazing at customer service, I know I would if i was still running a company. :)
