Ethan is awesome. I entrusted him with a keyboard that cost more than my car. He was clear at the beginning he wasn't sure if he could fix it but would NOT do anything more then he felt 100% confident in. He communicated wonderfully through the process. Was able to fix a lot of the issues, not all, but gave me a stellar deal. I was so happy with the service that I brought him my laptop for harddeive replacement. Just got it back today and am totally pleased I absolutely would recommend him without hesitation..mahalo Ethan!
