Great service, took less a week to get my parts and just 3 hours for them to fix my phone to perfect working condition. But they could use more help in the front for customer service. It's hard to be in a line and see several other agents coming in and out of the store that aren't customer service. But once you do get to the front of the line, great service.

Very happy with the technical ability to restore my phone that suffered water damage from being inadvertently in the washing machine. However their communication skills are lacking. The damaged phone was taken in on Thursday. We were informed they would text my husband's phone and email to my account if they were able to dry and power up the phone. Instead they called his phone on Friday to tell us we could either bring a USB or new phone to transfer data, which turned out okay. We dropped off new phone. Again we were told they would text or email, but I had to call to get the status, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. I was told a voice message was sent, but no message found. When I was handed back my new phone, there was the voice message. How could I get a message sent to the phone they had in their possession? Getting to the parking lot I got a text message that the phone was ready for pick up. TO THE PHONE YOU HAD AND I DID NOT. Oh and the phone number associated with the account was not mine. It was my husband's. So beware!

Had a really good experience!!! My phone was unfortunately unrepairable due to the saltwater damage causing corrosion, but they let me know within a few hours, I was really glad that I didn't have to wait until the next day. The lady at the front did a good job at explaining everything to me.

The service was great! I was greeted by Noria who was very helpful in explaining the services they provide. She helped me choose the best option for a phone screen replacement. The phone was serviced by their professional technician Brant. After the screen replacement, it is working flawlessly which tells me Brant took great care when fixing my phone. Thank you to both of them for providing a great service and a wonderful experience! For any future phone problems, I would not hesitate to go back to them again.
