Kauai Computer Repair - MAC and PC expert

We are vacationing in Kauai and my wife's computer suddenly stopped booting up. Without going into detail, she was quite concerned and we tried some "online fixes" without success. Clearly we needed help and did not want to wait until we returned home in a couple weeks. So, I called Kauai Computer Repair and left a message. Josh called me back later the same day and he and I talked through the problem. He suggested several options and discussed some possible simple fixes and diagnostic steps. Within 10 minutes her computer was up and running again! Needless to say we were so relieved. Josh was so kind and helpful and took time to discuss options and ultimately he got her computer working! I would HIGHLY recommend Josh and Kauai Computer Repair. Their website is very informative and Josh was prompt to call me back and was a pleasure to work with.

Consider yourself ‘lucky .. if your computing/laptop issues lead you to “Josh”. A spectacular human with all the right ‘values.. ,, his natural generosity led-to my laptop being miraculously fixed after following his directions for checking a simple ‘toggle setting’. This was far from the diagnosis of it needing a hardware repair previously quoted @ $400 by someone else.

Joshua is a rare gem of a human being. Someone who truly cares about others and gives of himself unselfishly. Plus he’s the best computer person on Kauai hands down. He worked a full miracle on my failing iMac and restored it just like what it was with a brand new SSD hard drive and SSD backup device in less than 12 hours. It’s a miracle to me actually and from what I understand from him I was extremely lucky. However the real miracle here is that I found him. You cannot go wrong with this gentleman.
