I was here a few months ago for a HP Spectre that wouldn't let me log in. As these things go, all my important data was on it and I was in the middle of a cloud data migration to avoid the exact problem that had happened. Another shop told me in so many words I was SOL and looking at a 300+$ fix. After 45 minutes here my computer was fixed, given advice for the future and on my way. What a relief!
