I went to get my screen protector for my ZFlip 5 changed. They were very helpful, courteous and quick. We've used them before for a laptop and cell phone charging port and appreciate their honesty and helpfulness.

UBreakiFix came as a rec from.my Doc who said to use them, they're legit. I trusted his word, drove to Kailua & handed over my phone, hoping for the best outcome, and at least, satisfactory results. My older ZFlip protective cover was a mess & there was a pinhead size blank spot on the screen, which as explained to me, could present a major pixel issue. When I returned to pick up my phone, the new protective cover appeared as if I bought it that way & they were able to even remove the blank spot with no issues. My screen is immaculate & I feel like I have a brand new phone! Thank you, UBreak!
