Incredible service. Hank was so responsive and helpful. They fixed my computer quickly and solved my issue. I think Hank has excellent customer service and knowledge to offer. Kailua is lucky to have this location here.

Went in to fix a broken laptop screen. Too early to see how the new screen holds up but giving it a great review because of service. Quoted me two days and got it back the next day.

I purchased a 15" macbook air in december, and 4 months later the screen needed replaciong. The person who sod me the computer was multitasking between me and my needs and another customer. She didn't inform me that the screen was not covered in the warranty. I had to pay more than I was initially qupted for the replacement screen. Then! again the screen needed replacing. Fortunately I was qued to purchase an additional coverage and didn't have to pay. BUT! when my computer was ready to pick I was not called. Instead emailed. But I didn't have my computer to get tht email. So it sat in the office there. When I picked it up I assumed it was in proper condition in the box. The film on the screen was tampered with and replaced haphazardly. And many things were different on my desk top. Someone was messing with it. Google settings were off, passwords were not working. I can't get into some of my accounts. There were mutiple folders on my desk top that had all my files in them??? There is a very crooked person in that shop. I do not advise buying or dealing with them at all!.

I did not know much about Mac Made Easy but I live in Kailua and spilt Miso Ginger Dressing on my laptop (Apple Mac Book Pro 2019) keys so there we ended up. In my panic I made worse things worse. Thankfully my laptop was checked inside and out and miraculously put back together (because I ripped the keys off). I am a happy customer and so very thankful they could help. They sell all apple accessories, even more than I have even seen in the actual Apple store and they will give you an honest and fair professional opinion and price. When you need this type of service, you are thankful they are there.

These guys are great, my two year old daughter spilled water on my MacBook, everything I read said it was toast. I couldn’t turn it on, had no signal whatsoever, was going to buy a brand new one for $2500. Not only were they able to fix it and get everything back in operating order, but they did it for $30. Great service, cost-effective, but most importantly they are honest.
