Chen is very professional and when I had an issue the day after he helped fix my pc. He once again fixed it and did not charge me even though the issue was most definitely my fault. Very professional and kind would recommend.

Chen was so helpful & responsive. I'm visiting from out of town & on the airplane ride over, Soda was dropped on my laptop and it wouldn't turn on anymore. I didn't know what to do or where to go, after research I decided to go with Chen & I'm glad I did. I called him to explain my situation and he told me me bring it in. In about an hour he called me and told me what was wrong & what needed/could be done. He sent a follow up email with attachments of everything he saw and what he advised, as well as calling me to verbally communicate this. He is extremely smart, & honorable. He is honest & will be clear with what needs to be done & what he is able to do for you. His communication is on point & he is very kind. Thank you for all of your help Chen.
