I recently had an incredible experience with Personal Touch Computers, run by Jeff. After my computer started black-screening and wouldn’t turn on, I decided to give them a call. He was very knowledgeable and convinced me to bring it over. The next day, I dropped it off, and just two hours later, he had it up and running. Jeff was thorough and prompt, and my computer has been running great ever since. I definitely will be giving him a call if I ever experience issues again.

Jeff was incredibly professional and got my wife’s PC up and running in just a couple days. Other shops would have kept the computer for a week or longer. He was very communicative through the entire process — providing updates and findings multiple times a day. Jeff was extremely thorough and went through extra steps to ensure my wife’s PC was ready to be returned home. Jeff, thanks so much for your help and getting my wife’s PC back up and running for the holidays. We contacted Jeff on 12/20 and was able to get the PC back before Christmas.

After arriving in Hawaii my work laptop would not boot up. Jeff was able to look at it and totally repair it the same day. Got all my files backed up and also a total restore on it to get it working even better than before. Great communication and timely response from Jeff. Also a super nice friendly guy. I was visiting HI and my Dell laptop crashed. Went online to find a computer place that might help. Because of the rating for this company I called and Jeff was willing to help. After diagnostics it was determined the fix was more than cost of laptop so I was stuck looking for a computer. Jeff was proactive and made ready one of his laptops and gave me an exceptional deal.
