These guys built me a PC in 2020 in the midst of the great GPU shortage, but they still built me a crazy machine that I have since learned is future proof. They worked with me on a budget, assessed my priorities, even down to things like my favorite colors and came up with multiple quotes. The result was a monster editing rig with ample room for future upgrades. It carried me as an editor through university. In 5 years I have not once had an issue with this rig, and In all that time, never once thought I couldn't call these guys up for any tips if I needed them. I'm writing this review now, because I decided to upgrade it's GPU now that prices aren't super crazy. My new GPU didn't come with a PCIE 12 pin to dual 8 pin adapter and the closest I could get was from Amazon with a 5 day shipping wait. I called these guys as a total Hail Mary shot in the dark and they sold me the exact adapter new in packaging the SAME DAY, I got to fire up my pc without having it out of commission for 5 days. Legends. These guys know what's up, theyl take good care of you.

I know it’s a petty reason to rate a company poorly, it seems 20 minutes is not enough time to ask from a business that posts their hours on the door. It’s a Tuesday. I just wanted to check availability of a prebuilt mid tier machine but I am forced to come back another day and spend even more precious time to inquire further. I did try and call but the phone was left unanswered. Amended: I want to clarify, the post company next door was still open and the exchange was still open with power. A simple hand written note would have sufficed to indicate that the store was closed due to unforeseen circumstances. I’m not mad, just disappointed.

I had an unfortunate experience the first time, but the management got back to me about my initial review and after we talk story it was just a misunderstanding. Appreciated getting an actual response and follow up instead of just being brushed off. Will be back for future needs.

One of the employees named Roice, was very helpful and had very good customer service. He is very nice to you and he made me want to come back again. He made this store one of my top pc stores to go to.
