Microsoft has now switched to online and no longer provides In person live support so just be ready to be extremely frustrated when your computer freezes and there is no to get help other than buying a new device. switching to apple but buying it from the apple store not best buy and their warranty scams.

The level of uncertainty on a item i placed 2 WEEKS AGO from your staff is very unprofessional. Why is it that different employees tell me different dates on when my order will arrive, and when I arrive on said dates its not there. I've been to the store too many times just for me to waste my time and have a different employee tell me on the estimated date. At this point I've been robbed from my money and demand that Best Buy delivers on my order real soon or a FULL refund of money. I have managers telling me on dates it should arrive, and yet nothing. At this point I have been robbed of my money and continue to be lied too. I won't stand for such incompetence. There needs to be justice

They're pretty good at their job. They know what they're talking about. The trade in values are not the best but if you're really desperate then I guess it's fine.

They do not answer CHAT or two phone calls for Aiea and Honolulu (not surprised) I called for advice to install my Google camera, and the recording said if you don’t have the serial number of the camera do not call them. Worst customer service ever. I will never do business with them ever
