Reboot Hub

We have a very old Wii game controller. We have used it to entertain countless friends over the years. They all seem to love bowling in particular. About a month ago it quit working. The disc drive kept ejecting the discs. A Google search led me to Reboot HUB. I called them and they were pretty sure they could fix it so I took it in and left it there. They called me a few days later and said it needed a disc drive and controller. Go ahead on, I said. They had trouble finding the one we needed but they skeptic looking till they found it. They repaired it at a VERY reasonable price - especially considering it's age. The technician was extremely nice and understood how much we wanted it fixed. He went the extra mile without charging us for the mileage. I highly recommend Reboot HUB. Now, back to bowling...

My old laptop repair shop recently closed, so I was driving into town to my old repair store, Computer Dreams, which has always done dependable work but is usually very busy. Wishing there was some place closer to home I happened upon Reboot Hub. They are on Houston Lake so I decided to give them a try. Looks more like a cell phone repair shop but I asked and the guy at his desk said they did laptop repair but the guy who did it didn't come in until 5:00. I hesitated but had other things to do so I left it with them. There is a deposit for trouble shooting. That same evening I received a text that my laptop was ready and the repair was done within the deposit, no extra charge. Picked it up and works perfectly. They followed up in a couple of days with another text to make sure I was satisfied and not having any problems. I'm very satisfied with them and appreciated the follow-up. I will definitely use them again.

My experience with Reboot was 100% positive. The issue I was dealing with was a damaged HDMI port on my son’s PS5. I called them to get a quote and ended up taking it in for repair the next day. They completed the repair on the SAME day that I dropped the console off which was amazing. The price was very reasonable. They had me pay an initial diagnostic fee then the rest once I picked the PS5 up. Staff was very friendly and customer service was 5 stars. I’m glad I stumbled across this place online because it saved me from having to purchase a new console.

My Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra phone screen was badly damaged and only worked with the stylus. In a panic I took it to Reboot Hub and Alex calmed me down and reassured me they could replace the screen and it would be as good as new. They ordered the replacement and Elisa and King kept in contact with me. After it arrived I came in and King repaired it while I waited. I'm so relieved to have it back like nothing ever happened. Thank you all for your excellent customer service! I will recommend you to everyone I know!

Alex was great! Ps5 had an hdmi issue and I dropped it off and shortly after about an hr he had it completely fixed! 10/10
