iKRACK - buy/repair/sell

I took my IPhone 12 Pro Max to have the back glass replaced on Dec. 12 and during the repair it was damaged beyond use. They loaned me a piece of crap phone to use while they tried to fix mine. After 4 days of them having my phone the store manager told me that they would make it good and also refund me the money I had already paid to have the back glass replaced. The next day I spoke with the owner and kept getting the run around until he finally agreed to replace my phone. There was no communication on their part, I initiated each call daily to get an update. Evidently replacing my phone was not a priority to the owner and it took another week and a half for them to replace my phone. After 2 1/2 weeks I picked up the replacement phone and I asked about the refund that they offered and I was told that the owner said that since they had to spend so much to replace the phone they would not issue me the refund. I would not recommend IKRACK as a reputable repair service. A true measure of a business's resilience and quality lies not just in its successes, but also in how it handles setbacks and unexpected challenges.

Broken screen was replaced. It looks so much better (thanks for adjusting brightness). Price was great. Friendly and pleasant to talk with. Recommend them highly

I went in for a broken phone screen and I got it fixed for a decent price and in 20 minutes! I was amazed how fast they could fix my screen. I am editing my review as I just had my phone screen fixed here 2 weeks ago and as I said the service was good however for some reason today my phone screen went black and will not turn on. There are no visible cracks, it was not dropped, and the phone still holds a charge; the screen simply does not work. I am giving this place the benefit of the doubt as I have had no other problems besides this until now and I unfortunately do not have a better way to reach out as my phone is not functional.

They helped me put my screen protector on my new iPad. Super nice, did it right there- no waiting, and the end result is great. I was nervous to do it myself and they came to the rescue! Highly recommend if you need anything phone/tablet related in central GA.

My daughter cracked her Iphone screen. I took it by the store on 96. I honestly thought it would take some time to fix but he said 45 minutes. 45 minutes later the phone was fixed and had a new screen protector. Customer service was grade A. Store was clean. Will definitely come back if the need arises.
