Our first experience with Alltek was when Tim came in and quickly and methodically helped us get to the bottom of an issue that had brought our corporate network to a halt. From then on, we knew we had chosen the right IT support company. They have been consistently quick to respond to our support requests and can tell us when there's potential issues, often before we even see them ourselves. Another quality I appreciate about them is that they are excellent communicators and they can explain tech issues in "plain English." We would highly recommend Alltek for IT support.
