Their mobile repair service came straight to my home with their van, parked in my driveway, and repaired my phone’s cracked screen in just 20 minutes. Jason, the technician, was extremely professional, friendly, and thorough. He explained every step of the process and ensured I was comfortable with the repair. Not only did he replace the screen, but thanks to Samsung’s service, the repair also included replacing the battery at no additional cost! It was a seamless experience, and I didn’t have to pay anything upfront since my AT&T phone insurance covered the entire repair.
