Kelcie at print center is rude. She wouldn’t assist one set of customers but went and helped someone who came in after them. I have used staples for print jobs since 2015 and they just lost a loyal customer. Spoke with GM Earl and conversation wasn’t productive. Very poor customer service and borderline laziness. Needed 3 pages printed in black and white wanted us to use “full-service” and get in a day or 2. Had the code that they’ve now turned into a “self-service” but wouldn’t even come around to help. In addition for those that don’t know, they REQUIRE you to use your debit card and then hold $5 for a less than $1 print job. No excuses, ridiculous!

Fantastic Customer SERVICE!! I might just be use to Macon and Atlanta people.. rude, short, angry (like it’s our fault they only vote Dem, expecting a different outcome and lies to stop) I had a color paper printed for my work. The lady who was working the corner office area cut them, laminated the pieces with my business card on the back…. It’s lined up perfectly , edges are CRISP!!! All the times I’ve had it done in Macon… they weren’t even close to as nice as these. The extra effort and attention to detail goes a long way!!! I’ll be back to buy some electronics very soon.

Only wanted 4 sheets of paper laminated. Obviously, this is a big deal to Staples & Office Depot these days as I dropped the 4 sheets off on Tuesday evening with the request to have the job ready by noon the next day. That would be Wednesday. 4 sheets of papers folks. I get a voice mail Thursday @ 4:55 p.m. telling me my 4 sheets of paper are ready. 2 days to laminate 4 sheets of paper. 2 days to run 4 sheets of paper through their little machine. Pitiful
