Long story short, I was assured that my phone could be repaired, but it was not. After waiting weeks and enduring multiple back-and-forths, I finally got my phone back—only to notice that it looked odd. I asked whether all my pieces had been placed back where they belonged and was told, “Yes.” However, I immediately saw that my microphone piece was missing. We discussed it, and I left feeling somewhat compensated, intending to move on. Before leaving, I asked again—aside from the noticeably missing microphone piece—if all the original parts had been returned as given. Once again, I was told, “Yes.” To verify, I had a different technician inspect my phone, only to discover that several parts were missing. In summary, my phone was not repaired and was returned in worse condition than when I initially brought it in. This experience raises serious concerns about the shop’s time management, organization, communication, and, most importantly, integrity. After waiting weeks only to receive my device in worse condition, I cannot recommend their services to friends or family.

I reached out to them about repairing my son’s iPhone 7 and they were so helpful! They have great prices and turn around time is lightning fast! I was expecting the whole process to take about a week but nope! It only took about 3 days from start to finish and that’s only because the part got delayed by FedEx lol thanks again!

Brought my phone in to have my cracked screen replaced. I called ahead so they would have the part available and would be expecting me. My phone's frame is chipped as well so they had their work cut out for them. They took their time and did a great job. I followed their post install instructions allowing the glue to cure properly. I took it a step further and kept it pressed over night. Everything turned out great. They were very friendly and professional. I got to hang out with their youngest "staff" member who let me color in his color book. 10/10 was a great experience. Will use again if there is ever a need.

Took my daughter’s phone in for a cracked screen replacement. They were the most affordable in town and it was fixed in 20 minutes. Can’t ask for better than that. Great customer service. Going forward I will use them for any other electronic repairs.
