Took my Acer notebook in to be repaired and Andrew took care of the problem the following day. He perrformed.diagnostic troubleshooting, found and resolved the issues as promised. He did an excellent job for a fair price and that's all someone could ask for. He is very knowledgeable, honest, reliable and fair.

The owner, Tom, has the worst attitude I've ever seen. I walked in and he sighed in disappointment and frustration that he would have to help a customer, then he spent our whole conversation acting smug and condescending. He really thinks he's better and knows more than everyone else. I couldn't wait to get out of there and never speak to him again. Needless to say my problem didn't get fixed because I couldn't stand being there for more than two minutes. No one that stuck-up should be at the front desk taking customers; great way to lose business. Stay far away from this shop.
