Tyler was a big help when I took my phone inside to get some help getting rid of notifications from Samsung. Everyday several times a day ide get a notification from them. He gave me some suggestions and it all worked out. Kudos for Tyler

Came in for an appointment to repair iPad. I was told that if they repair it then I won’t get it back for over a month but if I go to Apple i would get it back today. I feel like he just didn’t want to do his job. A complete waste of time

Just make sure you read all of the fine print before using. The tech Josh that helped me was honest about not waiting one to two hours but it could take approximately two to three hours. Plus my $129 to have a rear camera installed with the wires buried did not include mounting the monitor. I gave the poor guy grief, and he was patient with me and handled himself very professionally. Still, I had to pay an additional $49.00 for them to mount the camera. If you read the fine print it is very unclear that there is an additional charge for this. However, Ruben pointed out that when booking the appointment, there was print that recommended to call before coming in for final pricing. Both Josh and Reuben were very patient and very professional and I highly recommend them.

Dont use geek squad when need money for warranty they take the money.they told us we r elite customers but so hard time we got from them is crazy.We got kitchen aid top of the line refrigerator paid 4000 dollars got extended warranty but within a year the compressor went down . They still have not taken care of it. It's one call after another. I request people beware dont go to geek squad . If I could give no star I would be very happy. They hire third party to take care of and still not able to get it done . I am been waiting for almost 8 days and they r telling to me wait for another week because compressor r back order and not in stock ..😡😡
