UBreakIFix messed my phone screen up and had it popping off after a screen repair, but the repairman Malik helped me with a very quick and easy repair and got me in and out in under 20 minutes. Stellar service.

My battery replacement was completed within 4 hours (maybe less). My computer is functioning great and the price was reasonable. One of the team members was nice enough to clean any gunk between the keyboard etc and for that I’m really grateful. I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 because there was an issue with my emailed receipt. I never received it. After calling and inquiring about its whereabouts, and providing a second email, it was obvious the tech was frustrated and short. I still haven’t received it and they don’t print paper copies. Go Figure. What seemed like a stellar experience ended up being just good due to communication. Otherwise, I do recommend this location, but I wouldn’t leave without confirming you received your receipt.

My sister's phone was turning off on its own, and we went to IRepairIt, and they took care of the problem. She needed a new battery. They changed it for her. The woman there was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
