My gaming PC died and I asked Mr Tim to look at it. He recommended I replace it. He got a good idea of what I needed and what my budget was. Then built me a fabulous PC. Mr Tim is courteous, professional and highly competent. I will recommend him to all my friends and associates. He also took the time to explain to me exactly what I was getting and answered all my questions. Customer service was outstanding. Thanks again Mr Tim.

My computer was hacked and Tim was able to fit me in his schedule immediately. Cleaned up my computer without losing any information stored on it. He went above and beyond to reassure me all bugs/malware was removed and I will definitely use him again (hopefully not for being hacked!). Highly recommend.

Thank you for your awesome service! My computer was over 10 years old and I was afraid after it stopped working that I wouldn’t be able to retrieve my data. I called Tim’s Computer Repair and spoke directly to Tim and discussed the matter and he stated I could bring my computer that same day. Price was very reasonable, service time was fast, he provided a disc where I could store my data for later use and access, and he even disassembled my old computer and gave me my drive and discarded the old computer for me. He made what I thought was going to be a headache into a smooth transition and situation. Thank you Tim for your patience and your efficiency in your work and customer service!!!!
