I guess I’m disappointed, but I’m not sure. The reason why… I had an appointment on Tuesday at 10:30. Arrive promptly and the door was locked. Several other people were there waiting. A number was listed on the door. I called and waited another 15 to 20 minutes to see if somebody would call me back they did not Now two days later. I still have not had a return phone call. Bottom line here is I don’t know if they’re good batter or different but I can see that the reviews were very good. That was the reason why I’ve selected them. But unfortunately, I guess I’ll never know. I suspect you must be only catering to high-end customers not one guy with a laptop

Amazing environment, amazing people, amazing work done on computers. I dropped my macbook off with them earlier in January and when I got my laptop back everything was back to normal. Nothing was lost on the computer and they completely fixed my entire laptop. They are miracle workers in full honesty because every other place I brought my laptop to before Computer Solutions told me that my laptop was not fixable and that they wouldn't even try. Computer Solutions is a great company and I can not thank them enough for being able to repair my laptop and have all my files saved and not destroyed.

I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews but this is a poor experience worth sharing. I contacted this business in regards to a laptop screen repair. To start, they do not provide any sort of price estimate upfront and charge a deposit to even inspect the item. Read the paperwork carefully because it apparently says the deposit is nonrefundable if you don't choose to go through with the service, however that is never explained. They kept my device for several days (after assuring me it would be a quick turnaround). They provided no sort of update when I called and did not respond to emails. I called five other local repair shops during this time and every single one provided me a price estimate either over the phone or via email. When I finally received the quote -- let me add that they sent an initial quote that was incorrect then sent another that was over $200 more... -- I chose not to go through with the service so they refused to refund my deposit. The store associate even went as far as to tell me that anyone who would give me a price over the phone was trying to "bait and switch" me?! Meanwhile nobody else has charged me a nonrefundable deposit while promising fast, responsive service that never happened. The irony. The owner himself reached out to me and said he would review the recorded calls to see if I was not informed about the nonrefundable deposit and if that was in fact the case he would refund it back to me "plus $10.00"..... this was on a Friday and he asked if he could call me back on the following Tuesday. It's been over a week and he never followed up and ignored my email (like they have the entire time). Unprofessional, frustrating experience. Lesson learned for sure!

Had just finished my custom PC build, and encountered issues after installing windows. Brought it to computer solutions same day, during the winter storm! They had amazing customer service, and I had my PC back in my hands within two days in working order, with everything needed installed and ready to use. Without a doubt, if I encounter any more issues I will bring it back to computer solutions.
