Billy was extremely professional and knowledgeable, quickly addressing my questions on both my iPhone and Samsung. He was also friendly and highly customer-focused, making the experience even better. I had an issue with my left phone speaker after dropping it in the tub and came in the next day. Jelani walked me through all my options to try and fix it and let me choose what to do based on my personal budget and preferences. He also had it done and fixed in half an hour. I will definitely be back if I have any other phone issues!

AMAZING!! I highly recommend using uBreakiFix 5560 Roswell Rd. I brought my Mac Book Air in, close to closing, totally freaked out. Billy made me feel very comfortable that he would do everything he could to address my concerns, within a reasonable timeframe. And he did just that!! I left my laptop (😩) overnight. Shortly after store opening and before I could have my morning coffee, I received a call from Billy with a diagnosis. The communication is impeccable!! I was able to pick up my laptop by early afternoon, the following day! YAY🎉. If you’re look for excellent customer service, a correct diagnostic, an accurate repair at a great price point and a very reasonably turnaround time…THIS is your place. KUDOS to Billy and his staff. My forever go to for repairs!

The “fixers” were right on top of things and very good at outlining relevant options to address the problem(s). Good with estimating time to implement solutions.
