I purchased a refurbished Dell laptop in 2019. I had several questions dealing with using the laptop to find information I needed, Craig was able to quickly guide me to get the information I needed. I purchased a second laptop for my wife from CL3 since I felt confident that if any knowledge based or technical issues came up, Craig would be there to assist us. I forgot to pack the cord that connects my Dell laptop to the battery. I tried finding one at several computer centers but they didn't carry them. CL 3 Technology had one and gave me a great deal on it. They helped me to be able to share my ancestry files with my siblings and be able to use my computer while traveling! I purchased my refurbished Dell Laptop from CL3 September 2021 and have been exceptioally pleased with it. I was also very pleased with the customer service that I required today. My laptop was stuck on airplane mode. I goggled it and found it was a common problem, I tried all of the steps listed online and was ready to take it in for repairs when I remember getting a card with the computer that said call us if we can be of service. Well, it took Graig 30 seconds to tell me where to find the swith on the side of the computer to turn off airplane mode. I give them 5 stars and fell confident that if I have any more problems that they will provide excellent customer service.

Purchased a Dell E8400 laptop from CL3 Technology since may tablet would not allow me to read the Kansas City Star Newspaper without fumbling around. The Dell worked perfectly. Approximately 2 months after purchasing the machine, Windows 10 notified me that I needed a different Authentication Code.. I contacted CL3 and Craig, one of their technical people was back to me in less than 45 minutes. Long story short, we were up and running that afternoon. CL3 Technology = good value, good quality, good intentions and unbelievably GREAT PEOPLE. I highly recommend CL3 Technology!
