I’ve been going to k club for a long long time. I won’t ever go back!!!!! They lost my charger and the cashier wanted to go back and forth saying she’s not arguing with me I don’t argue! She told me it’s her word against my word and maybe I left it at home. I’m not senile, a drunk or a liar! They lost my charger and I’m pisst!!! They have a I don’t care attitude about my property. I call back and spoke with a young guy he tells me the cashier did the right thing by giving me a compatible charger and says stuff gets lost or misplaced sometimes. Bad customer service. I’m done with Kclub.
