I Have an iPad 7th generation, I had taken it it to another place first but they couldn’t fix my busted screen, I brought it to Ed and he had it done that day. Guy knows what he’s doing. Great service!

TLDR: Didn't order the part for two weeks, until I called a second time demanding answers. Don't know what they are doing, Watching YouTube guide while fixing, and don't even value their own words since they cant even bother to call you back when they said they would, so they clearly don't value your business. Sadly a one star is the minimum rating you could give. I brought my laptop in due to the screen beginning to go. At first it seemed everything was going fine, two days after dropping off my laptop they called me to advise me that they would need to replace my screen, and my hard drive was going.. (hard drive was their attempt to get more money from me). I advised them to give me a day and I would get back to them after thinking over it. The next day I called them back and informed them to only do the screen. I was given a price of $100 for labor, and $170 for the wire that needed to be replaced. A little over a week and a half goes by and I have yet to hear anything, whether by phone or by the texting service they have. So I called and asked for an update, I spoke to an individual who said said they would call me back after they looked up the tracking number to see where it was, No response. Well its now two weeks they have it, so I decide I was going to call again since I needed multiple documents. While speaking with them I was told "There is no tracking number and that it seems to have fallen between the cracks"...... So what their telling me is that they forgot to order my part which would explain why is was there for two weeks with no updates. Sounds like you don't want my business to me, because, any decent business owner more so a small business would be ensuring that get as much business as possible. I walked in and asked for my laptop, and was told it was "in a thousand pieces and need a couple hours" to be put back together. There was a worker at the table just past the counter, who was working on an item, while watching a YouTube guide. I was told that the part would arrive in 4 days. When I went home I was talking to some friends and coworkers who advised of similar experiences with them. When I checked online for a screen replacement I found them averaging about $50-$75 dollars, with arrival in 4 days. So piecing together all the facts, Charging 2-3x the price of the item, forgetting to order the part until the final day I called. The YouTube guide on how to fix items, and not showing any desire to ensure my business, It is obvious that this is not a good place for repairs. Save your money, time and go on Youtube and fix your item yourself. AS for the $40 diagnostic fee they charged me still, consider it payment for the ink and paper for printing out the items I needed off my laptop.

Took my laptop in because it wouldn't boot up. Paid a $50 diagnostic fee and a few days later was told it would cost another $100 to restore Windows. I didn't have the cash at the time, so I took my laptop home and was told they could fix it if I brought it back in (and they wouldn't reapply the diagnostic fee). When I got home, I found that the Windows 7 sticker (with activation key) was removed. Not sure why they removed it unless they wanted to prevent me from restoring windows myself. Make sure you inspect your property before and after taking it to these guys. Overpriced and shady.

This is the budget truck rental place in Pooler - in addition to computer repair apparently. I dropped off my budget truck and accidentally left my keys in the truck. I called as soon as I realized and said I'd be right there to get them. It was maybe 7 minutes later, and they had closed the shop. And didn't tell me they were leaving! It had my house keys on it. We had to ask someone in the shop next door if they could contact the owner. Which thankfully they did. The person returned, but had my keys in his pocket! Why would you take my keys home with you? Trying to make copies??? Totally unprofessional.

well they charged $257 for a screen replacement. Also, I'm not sure why when I scanned my computer a few days after I got it back, there were 7 virus threats. I know my computer should not have been on for the week and a half it took to simply replace the screen, so i'm not sure how there were that many viruses on there. I mean they got the job done, but the labor costed more than the screen. I probably could have gone to best buy for less than that. Hell, it's almost worth buying a new computer. My computer is a cheap hp from costco. They can charge $75-150 for labor, so of course they charged $150 and the screen was $100. I just feel like it was extremely overpriced, but unfortunately I had trouble with the place I originally wanted to go, so I just chose the first place I could find next. I would recommend finding a better place if you have the time.
