Charging port got replaced, but now my camera keeps shaking in 1.0 and when it switches to 2.5 it starts making a noise it also starts vibrating and my microphone sounds muffled. (edit) after a week my charging port stopped working. i’m extremely dissatisfied.

Will lie and sell you sub-par components. When asked point blank the difference between components, he lied/ommitted information. When confronted, he threw my phone across the counter. I did not lie. Post the whole video.

Took our phone for repair. He said he had parts and could fix it easy. An hour later he says he can not fix and still charged us a fee for trying. What frustrates the most is that he did not reveal upfront that he would charge a fee for just t rying. That is poor business practice.

I highly recommend this place if you have any cell phone repair need. I cracked the screen on my S23 Ultra and found this place through Google. I went in and Edd was super nice and up front about the cost and time in which it would take to get the parts in to do the repair. He called me back as soon as he had the parts and I went in the next day. I dropped my phone off and 2 hours later it looked brand new! I hope I never need to, but if I ever need a repair in the future, I will not hesitate to visit iCell Repair in Pooler.

Service was thorough and quick. I did notice that the replacement glass is a darker tint than the original. I would have had a more positive overall feeling if a better explanation of the process was given.
