Michael and his team at Gigabits are very professional and knowledgeable not only when it comes to anything to do with computers but also with website building and helping to promote your business. We have been using Gigabits personally and professionally for issues with our computers and Gigabits has always been able to solve our problems. Recently we have used them to build our website for our business and drive traffic to our site. I can’t express enough about how happy I am to find a local computer repair company that I feel to be, honest, helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to take extra time to explain the technological problems and fixes to a non-tech savvy person like myself. I walked into Gigabits with what's called "the black screen of death" on my wife's MacBook Pro and within 5 minutes Matt diagnosed my problem. He said that I needed a new screen and even showed me where it was broken. Within two (2) days Matt called me with the cost to repair the computer and gave me an approximate time frame of how long it would take. Within one (1) week from dropping it off for repair, I had my wife's laptop back home and working like it was new. HAPPY WIFE, HAPPY LIFE! It's the little things that make a marriage last. lol.. I wanted for them to clone my existing laptop onto a newer machine. They said no problem. They call me, saying they can not actually clone it, but will move over all my files. After many hours of manually going through my old laptop I have move files needed. Plus, now my old laptop doesn’t work correctly any more, will not open up any internet websites, edge, chrome Etc. I called them, they were like yeah…bring it in…we may be able to do something. It worked perfect before. Just another example of people who claim to know what they’re doing not doing what they promise.
