The owner @ DNA Computerworks is very passionate, detailed, honest, and quick. His prices beats all of the surrounding areas. I was quoted a price over $500 from other shops that he repaired and it cost me less than half their price. He had such a friendly, caring spirit and kept me informed about all the do's and don't. If you're looking for a great computer repair man and awesome customer satisfaction look no further. This is the place to go! I promise you that you wouldn't regret it.

This is a great place to go for computer repair or for purchasing a used computer. The owner/operator knows what he is doing and cares about the quality of work he does. His prices are very reasonable and he will communicate with you. His advice is sound with your interest in mind.

While it was a bummer that he dosent fix consoles anymore after his explanation of why I understand the reason for that choice. Overall my experience with this place showed me the person I was on the phone with actually knew what he was doing. While also not overcharging for services most would count as a nessissary luxury. I know I don't want to replace my expensive electronics if I can get them fixed. I think this will be my go to shop for the resealable future.

Stellar. Absolutely stellar service. I had, as usual, a PC with an issue well beyond my skill set to remedy. And, as usual, I went to the abyss and back trying to solve it myself... Ultimately bricking my OS and locking myself out of my own PC. However! I happened to be able to find DNA! Thank God, because this was a critical time... Being many hours in to what could be (already is, in my not so humble opinion) the greatest game of this generation. Such issues of access to my computer would not do to be in the way of the adventure's completion. I would suffer too much to survive if this nightmare were to go on without noble intervention... DNA Computerworks to their brilliant and lightning quick rescue! All lighthearted wording aside: They were able to identify the issue, clear any non-solution routes to fixing it, and offer a choice of plans and prices that met my needs and limits. I highly recommend that anyone who has an issue falling under this company's ability to solve strongly consider choosing DNA.
