Scheduled a 6:20pm screen repair from apple to this location. Drove 25 mins to this spot only for the lazy employee to tell me to come back tomorrow? After glancing at his watch, it was enough body language to let me know that he didn't want to service my phone an hour and 40 mins before closing. Unprofessional don't book here.

I enjoyed experience at Techmonk,Brentz was very helpful. He was able to fix my AirPods Pro and AirPods Max and fixed everything with an issue .

I cannot say enough good things about the service I have received from Scott and the guys at Techmonk. From the minute I walked into the shop I felt that they had my best interests at heart. They have been helpful, communicative, understanding and all round awesome. Thank you so much Scott. I will recommend you and the team to absolutely everybody I know who owns an Apple product.

I took my phone into TechMonk last month because the outside camera lens on my iPhone was broken. I was told it would cost me $350 since they were unable to fix just the lens, but instead had to take out the entire camera and replace it. This was about $50 more than Best Buy quoted, but I went ahead and paid it because this place is closer to me and more convenient. Big mistake. When I went to pick up my phone, I was informed that they had ripped out MY ENTIRE PHONE and replaced it with all new hardware. Why? They could not tell me. The camera was fixed, but because my phone contacts were not backed up, I lost all of my contacts from the past 10 years. Thankfully, my photos were already backed up. I literally had to take my phone to Verizon to have them reactivate it from scratch. There was no need for TechMonk to rip out my entire phone. And even if it was necessary, why wasn’t I notified ahead of time so that I could ensure all of my data was backed up? Extreme negligence by the place. Not sure why it’s a verified Apple partner/retailer because it does not meet standards in my opinion. The clerk’s name was Scott, and while he did admit fault, he did not provide me with even a partial refund, which I feel was warranted in this situation. I definitely will not be returning here again.

The website is up, they offer a place to leave a message online, the phone works but sends you to voicemail. After repeatedly trying to get a response from them, I drove twenty five miles one way to visit the store. It is closed up and vacant. When I got home I called the Athens store and they verified that the Peachtree Corners location is closed. It sure would be nice if TechMonk corporate would update things so the website and phone system don't give the impression that they're still there. Jerks.
