Not Apple certified store. I replaced my screen (iPhone XS MAX) here and spend around $400(cannot remember how much exactly), and I asked them if I can still be able to trade in like the original iPhone (so I can trade-in the iPhone to Apple later if I want to, because I know iPhone would not value anything if the screen is replaced by a third party), and they said yes. I just went to Apple store today and trying to get my phone trade-in. Apple wouldn’t accept my iPhone after they screened my phone, because they can tell this is not Apple certified and there is gap on the side of the screen that you can feel it by touching it. I would never spend about $400 on a screen if I knew Apple wouldn’t accept it. There is not a big difference than I replace it by myself. I would give simply Mac a 0- star if there is an option. They are just trying to be Apple, BUT THEY ARE NOT APPLE. BE CAUTIOUS!!!

Most horrible place to take your device. I called and got an appointment to repair my broken iphone screen. I was told that I will receive an email confirmation. However, I did not get any email and I called back. This time they confirmed that I have an appointment but told me that my email address in the system was wrong. After updating the email address, I was told that I would receive an email confirmation. I never got any email confirmation and when I went to shop next week, I was told that they don’t have any appointment for me on the system. Anyway they gave me a walking appointment and told me that it will take three to four hours to get it fixed. I was waiting outside and came back after four hours. Then they told me that they did not fix my phone because they were having server problems the entire day. I’m not sure why in the world they did not call and tell me to pick up my phone instead of keep me waiting for hours on the road. They have horrible customer service and three of them together ganged up against me and told me that it’s not their fault. I told them to cancel the work order they opened, so that I could take it to Best Buy to get it fixed but they didn't close the work order. When I went to Best Buy, I had to call Apple and they said Simply Mac needs to close the work order from their end. However, Simply Mac didn't pick up the phone when both the Apple agent and I called. I hate this third class place and their NO customer service.

I usually go directly to the Apple Store however the soonest appointment that would work with my schedule wasn't until this weekend and I needed assistance sooner. I was able to schedule a same day appointment online. I was apprehensive on going to an authorized servicer because I was not going directly to Apple. However upon walking in I was greeted immediately and received speedy help to repair my iPhone 12 Pro Max. My speakers were snapping, crackling, and popping and the lady that helped me was able to get it all repaired within about 1.5 hours. An hour less than the suggested time of 2.5 hours. Simply Mac definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you for helping me.

This was a very pleasant experience. Customer service was excellent: both timely and professional. Maurice was very well informed about the product - my Mac Book Pro would not boot up. It needed a new battery. He got it installed without incident. It is much better time spent than sitting in an over crowded Apple Store for hours. I strongly recommend this as s great alternative. Thanks. Tammi N.

It’s beautiful to see customer service reps exhaust all options for there client. I want to thank simply Mac for making my experience simple and promising. I’ll send you you all lunch next week from my company Precision, Paint, & Collision.
