I have nothing but good things to say about Superior Tech. The staff worked diligently to make sure I I was taken care of ; whilst being the most affordable Tech repair spot in the area. Customer service was phenomenal and I will be sending all my friends and family here from now on.

My experience with Superior Tech is an excellent example of what awesome customer service looks like. In December 2024, I had the screen on my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra repaired at Superior Tech. Following the repair, I encountered intermittent issues with phone functionality, including dropped calls, weak signal, no internet, GPS, or Bluetooth connectivity. While the phone remained usable, these issues gradually worsened. Initially, I mistakenly attributed the problems to the cellular network and painstakingly switched carriers multiple times without resolution. After thorough research, I suspected the Superior Tech repair itself might be the cause. On February 6th, I returned to Superior Tech to address the issue and repair tech confirmed they did the repair. Although the repair was out of warranty, the initial interaction with the store representative was somewhat contentious. However, when the owner became involved, he promptly agreed to repair the phone free of charge and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and surprisingly, he professionally had the repair tech listen to the conversation to improve customer service – this was surprisingly shocking and demonstrated importance of excellent customer service. As a business owner myself, I understand the value of prioritizing customer satisfaction and resolving issues effectively. Superior Tech's willingness to rectify the situation demonstrates a commitment to customer care that ultimately benefits their business and keeps customers like me coming back.
