Mike's Computer and Cable Plus

I've been using Mike since the late 90s. He has blown me away with his knowledge and moreso his honesty. I was just quoted $465 plus taxes to replace a motherboard that Mike determined was exposed to static. The fix was $50 bucks and his services are always on the line of this partiular experience. I've purchased used computers as well as parts to tackle my DIY shenanigans. When I give up, Mike always gets me out of trouble and he's even willing to give advice when I think I want to try a fix on my own. I send everyone I know to Mike's including my students at the senior center where I used to teach computer based courses. I've purchased used computers and My daughter picked up a Mac Book for my grandson. He's been nothing less than trustworthy and accurate and I recommend you go to him even after you've been diagnosed with a dire issue by another Geek Squad or equivelant. Mike's Computer get's my props and praises. He'll get yours too.

Brought in an old laptop I hadn't used since I graduated in 2020. It blue screened on me and I could never manage to get it to factory reset or reinstall windows and fix it. Other tech places wanted to charge me $200 just for labor. Was originally going to try and sell it to him, but then he quoted me a really reasonable price to fix it so it would work again. (writing the review from it right now ;P). They fixed my computer for a fraction of that cost and it runs SMOOTH as butter, couldn't be happier. I also upgraded the hard drive from 500GB to 1TB to boot which makes it even better. I had been using a google pixelbook as a laptop, but there are some things I do that require a windows operating system, so it's great to have my old laptop back. Thank you so much!

Second time bringing computer here and it is back to normal and working good. They do a good job 👍🏾. The guy I spoke with at checkout can adjust his tone and attitude though when speaking to me. Customers deserve better customer service when being spoke to.

Beneath his gruff exterior Mike is a really nice guy. Pricing is fair, service is fast, and they get the job done. I'm so appreciative of what they did for me. Next time I need a computer guy these guys are it!

I called Mike looking for a specific, hard to find cable. While he didn’t have the exact one in stock, he spent his afternoon searching all over Metro ATL to help me out. He located the cable, arranged payment, and even offered same day delivery. One of the best experiences I’ve had!! Highly recommend.
